Educator - Child Profile

The child's profile contains a summary of information that has been entered specifically for one child.  

To access this function select Children > Child name > View Profile (found in the elipses)

Once in the profile screen for a child, the user has 4 pages to view.  1.  Profile, 2. Learning, 3 Daily Care and 4. Activities.

1.  Profile Screen - this provides basic profile information on the child

2.  The Learning page - provides a personal summary of the child's learning progress, documenting each activity the child has been introduced to. 

This will default to be filtered to 'all' but can be filtered to each level of progress - e.g. filter to 'working with'.  Any of the activities can be selected and there is an option to view the template that has been completed by the educator.

 

3.  Daily Care page - provides a timeline view of the daily care events for the child. If the Educator realises they need to change an entry, this can be done by clicking on the entry (e.g. sleep) and then a pop up box appears offering the option to delete the entry.  The entry can then be added correctly, by clicking the large plus symbol.

4.  The Activities page - gives a summary of educational Activities for the child. 

The red up arrow indicates the activity is ready to share to parents.

Drafts are shown, and any documentation that is for internal use only will display a padlock image alongside it. Each of these can be clicked on and opened from this page. 

There is the option to create a new template by clicking the large plus symbol.

The Activities screen can be filtered as per the options shown below:

TIP:  The daily care page can be viewed for previous dates by clicking the calendar icon next to the date at the top of the screen.

TIP:  To leave this screen and go back to view all children, click the 'X' in the top right of the screen,
