YCD - Admin - Downloading a Child's Learning record for a date range

As an Administrator, you are able to create a PDF document, per child, of each Learning Activity that has been documented for a selected date range.

1. Select people icon on left hand side and then Children


2. Search for the child name by typing first or last name in the search field


3. Click on the child's name to open their profile.

4.  In the child's profile, select Experience Reports and then enter the date range, type of report and status and then create PDF

5.  You will see the 'Generating Report' indicator.


6.  Go to your "Downloads" folder and you will see your downloaded report

TIP: When you select a large date ranges, or multiple experience types, the file created is large due to photos and it is unlikely that you could email the document.  Suggest selecting smaller date ranges, or sending as a link
