Parent - Forgot Password

The parent must first have downloaded, registered and been granted access permissions by the Childcare Centre's Administrator.

To reset their password, open the app and scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the "Forgot Password?" button on the bottom right hand side, alternatively the parent can contact the Childcare Centre's Administrator who will be able to reset their password for them.
