YCD - Admin - Adult (Parent/Caregiver) - set up

To set up a new Adult, select 'Adult' from the People tab on the left hand side of the screen in the Admin view.


1.      Select 'Add New Parent' and complete the template with Personal details of the parent.

Complete the Adult's Personal details


2.      Select 'SAVE'

3.      Link their children to them by clicking on the little drop down arrow to the left of the parents name > Choose your child > Select Relation > Update.  The software will now have the adult and child linked.  



Notes
NOTE: The Child's profile must be created for an Adult to be linked to the child.
An Adult profile needs to be created for each applicable parent.
The adult can now download the Parent app and the administrator will confirm the relationship of the adult to child by checking this screen and then approving their access request.
